"Excellent and attentive service. I needed to correct my odometer reading for my Subaru but could not make corrections online. My second car is rarely driven now but my most recent premium was based on full usage. I worked with Marissa and she suggested to send copies (PDF) of recent service records to validate mileage and usage. In one business day the Subaru records were corrected and the Infiniti usage was lowered. The Infiniti premium was recalculated and reflected a lower rate. I’m very pleased with the outcome."
